Lauren’s Approach

At Earth Body Medicine, we work together to co-create a holistic, integrative plan to restore a sense of wholeness and balance within the body, mind, and spirit. Our bodies are self-healing organisms, with an innate intelligence capable of facilitating their own healing process. My role as the bodywork practitioner is to provide you with the safe container and gentle leading the body needs to do its work. Using a mindful and intuitive touch, I work to assist the body in releasing old holding patterns and create new ways of being.
